Teaching Assistant - Temporary, Part Time

St Mary’s CE Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant for St Mary’s CE Primary School in Halton, who is able to provide 1:1/Classroom support across the school as required.

The position would be temporary for 12 months, working 28 hours per week, based on a 36 hour per week contract– Term time only, 39 weeks per year.  Working pattern to be discussed with the successful candidate.

Scale 3/4 £24,790 - £27,269 FTE (Pro rata £16,732 – £18,405)

The successful candidate would be required to start in September and must be willing to contribute to the wider school community life and be committed to the highest standards of pupil achievement. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential to this role.

Our children would like a teaching assistant who is caring, creative, fun and will make learning enjoyable and exciting.
