Online Safety
At St. Mary's, we take online safety very seriously. We understand that the internet brings great happiness and connects us all with family and friends around the world. We also understand that there are many dangers, which our children could be exposed to when using social media and websites when they are online. Alongside our teaching of online safety through our lessons in school, we want to do more to help parents understand the risks and dangers that children may face. Please click on the following links for information about several online platforms that we know our children use regularly. Although most have an age recommendation of 12+, we understand that permission for them to use these platforms lies with you as parents. We hope you find this information useful. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will always endeavour to help in whatever way we can.
Thank you for your continued support,
Mr. N Davies

Click on this link if you feel that you or someone you know may have been sexually abused online. It is a safe and secure way of alerting police to incidents without having to do it face to face. https://www.ceop.police.uk/safety-centre
