Eucharist

We really enjoyed our visit to the church, where Reverend Simon warmly welcomed us for an exciting afternoon of learning all about the Eucharist and what it means to Christians. The Eucharist, also known as Holy Communion, is a special Christian ceremony that remembers the Last Supper—when Jesus shared bread and wine with his disciples. It is a time for reflection, thanksgiving, and coming together as a Christian community.
During our visit, we dressed in various costumes to help us understand the roles people play in a Eucharist service. We also looked at chalices and other important items used during the ceremony. To finish the afternoon, we shared prayers together in a peaceful and thoughtful moment
